Milestone workout - a quick 303 calorie 20min workout. Target weight achieved.

After a steady 6+ months of 1-2 workouts per week, finally hit target weight after a quick workout this morning.

Still a pound or two more to go (to get average weight down to target), but awesome to get there.

Reflecting on all of the workouts, my body feels better, I'm faster & have more energy with the kids, and clothes fit much better. In the middle of this many month cycle I dropped a waist size and got several nice new pairs of jeans. Now they're loose!
