A great workout a couple years later. Nearly 3.5x better than when I started.

Just did a 65 minute cardio workout at the gym, for a record 859 calories burned.

Of course it's all relative, but this is about 3.5x more than when I started a couple years ago (about 20 minutes and 250 cal back then). Got a big endorphin rush at the end and probably could have kept going for a long while. Woohoo!
